I am sorry to come over as pushy its just that I really need your help....am getting very nervous and I have to leave in ten minutes.

Right I have to go now so I suppose I am not going to know whether I am doing it correctly today due to not receiving a response. if someone could reply I would be grateful for future use, I just hope I have got it right.

Lisa: you needed to give more time! There are not that many people around at this time of day - they are at work!!! I'm sure you'll get on just fine and i'm sure that you'll get responses later in the day which will help you in the future. The steps that you take are different to the ones i take because you have been trained by different people. The only way i can help you is by telling you how i do it.
