Help, bleach on client’s top

Help anyone I have a lady message me saying I have bleach on her top and wants money back what do I do

If she was wearing a gown with a towel, that’s pretty unlikely. I’d ask her to come in so I could see the damage before making any offer of reparation.

This has happened to alot of people even though they have gowns on I'm not sure how it happens ha. But I would not expect to have give them a refund! I would offer to cover the money for the top. But definitely ask to see it! Xo

The insurance pays for it.
You must have an insurance for this things to happen ,she needs to bring the receipt of the top and you must hive it to your company and they will refjnd the money of the top.
