Hey guys, I really hope you can help me, I have been doing spray tans for years and no problems as i always take care.
However i sprayed my friend last night as she has got a very important day tomorrow, and somehow and i have no idea why, she has one very brown hand.
I used AG, and have never had this problem b4.
I really dont know why as i was being extra careful and even wet wiped her palms and soles just to be extra sure it was perfect!
We have tried everything to budge it but it wont. I have even used lemon juice and salt, even potato peel but nope..... Getting worried, please help.

Not sure what would shift it but could she have slept with her hand between her legs?

I know you won't have time to get hold of it for this client, but I know what strips spray tan off in a jiffy!!

Avon skin so Soft Dry Oil spray!!

I got a beautiful spray tan last week ( cheers Martigirl) and thankfully the night out I got it for was over, when on Sunday morning I thought I would spend the day working in the garden, so to protect myself from the midges (The best use for this product as it repells the blighters) I sprayed on Skin so Soft, well as I went to rub it in my tan just came off on my hands !!!

I just left it on and didn't rub anywhere else, but later on in the shower, the tan just came off where I had sprayed!!

At least I know now how to get it all off before I go for my next tan!!

I have found the following to work:
Grab a fresh pineapple and extract some juice (about 1/4 a cupful) and add to some diluted lemon juice.
Next, slather this mixture over her hand and then cover with olive oil. Then leave this to get to work for 20 minutes and then scrub away with some mitts and a little shower gel if preferred.
You will be amazed!!!
This method works as Pineapple contains an enzyme called Bromelain and along with the fruit acids also in the pineapple, they work together to create a fantastic ‘chemical exfoliator’.

Hth's

xx

My other half sprayed me last night and i havethe same problem  so will be watching for ideas, he done very well this time aside from that though so im not cross with him.
I'm off to try some potato skins!...

Hello all,
I sometimes get solution spills on my hands when doing spray tans, usually when filling the bottle or cleaning the gun, anyway washing doesn't help and usually by the next day I have orange/brown streaks like nicotine stains, I always use a facial hair bleach mixed up to a paste, slap it on the stains avoid the soft skin and 10 minutes later....viola!! make sure you get it all off and then moisturise as it could be a bit harsh. I would never recommend it for stains on skin other than palms and soles. Also I have been asked if hair bleach peroxide would work, it probably would but I would worry about how harsh it could be on the skin.
ONLY FACIAL HAIR BLEACH !!!! and ONLY 10 Minutes...

Regards
Nikki:idea:

As izzidoll has said OIL,
any oil will work, if i get any on my palms i rub in solar oil, leave it for an hour or so then wash my palms with an exfoliator and palms come clean, hth
