HELP - Consultation / Disclamer Forms

Hello
Can anyone please HELP please, im just going into Mobile Nail Technician

What is the Difference a Consulation and Disclaimer Forms.
If anyone can send samples it would be really gratefull.

I know what a Contact form is, is the consultation and disclaimer forms the same.

Also do i needto get the client to sign a new form everytime i carry out a procedure.

hi laura, iv had the same problem. iv had some good advice from this site and everyone has said i should be insured, BABTAC do a good insurance cover. but i havent taken it out yet so iv got a record card from my tutor which says at the bottom that im not responsible if anything goes wrong and so on.. it cover my back just untill i get insurance. i would attach a copy but i dont know how to do it. i hope iv helped.

I dont think that you are covered without insurance. I wouldnt treat a client without it like I wouldnt drive without it. x

My head is just spinning with all the info.
Im signing with Babtac to with speaking to them on the telephone, you have to be trained in Manicure first before you can take membership out.

I know that i need these for ins purposes, thats why im asking.

Do i need to get my client to sign everytime i see the client, or will the signature be expired for the ins.

Help please.
