HELP! Fill/product compatibility?

Hi there,
So I'm currently in a nail program and a couple friends of mine want a fill (acrylic).

In class we do a gel top gloss over our acrylic and our teacher had mentioned to make sure that the gel and acrylic lines are compatible. So I'm wondering does it matter what brand of acrylic is on there nails now? Or can any acrylic brand be used to fill any OTHER acrylic brand?

If I were you, I would do a rebalance, to be on the safe side as the colour can also be different x

As the product is fully cured, you can rebalance with any product line so long as the nails you are rebalancing are sound.

I agree with what has already been said and especially that you need to watch the colour match. I find the colour is usually the problem when doing this sort of thing.
