I have a client who has individual lash extensions. Her first infill was three weeks after her full set. Her second infill was two weeks and she has just messaged needing another infill after one week. The lashes on the outer corner of the right eye aren’t lasting and keep falling out this is because she lays on this side as she sleeps, I can’t fit her in until next week so by then it’ll be 2 weeks and around time for an infill. What would you guys do? I’m not sure if to charge a full price of infill as it’s not my fault but the way she’s sleeping and how I can prevent this happening again so she isn’t needing it Infilled every week. All my other clients last til 3 weeks so I’m unsure what to do! Any ideas& help is truly appreciated xx
