Help me, need of tanning advice

Hello to anyone who may be reading this, I have a skin disease known as psoriasis. I was hoping to buy a tanning sunbed from ebay which uses uva tubes and then replacing the tubes with Philips TL100W 6ft Narrowband UVB Phototherapy Tube since UVB tubes to treat psoriasis. Could I just replace the tubes and would it be compatible with the sunbed. I really don't know much about tanning but just want to get rid of this psoriasis. Thank you

Hi you would be better to save your money and just visit a tanning salon once a week for 6 minutes . I own a tanning salon and have quite a few black men and women. Majority of them come in for psoriasis . Good luck
