Help my spray tan machine is spitting out blobs of tan !!!!

Hi can anyone help me ???

I run a busy salon in london and we have been doing many spray tans this summer without any problem.

We currently use Naturasun spray solution and clients are very happy with it.

However my therapists have recently informed me that our hvlp tanning machine has started spitting out blobs of tan as opposed to an even spray???

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

And does anyone know what the solution may be?

I have attached a picture below of my tanning machine if this may help.

You might have a lime scale build up in the air ducts or even around the needle. Try running a descaler through it, like you use in kettles.
Apart from that, sorry, hope the other ladies have more of a clue.

This might seem a bit stupid but how exactly would i run a descaler through it?

fill the cup with the right amount of descaler and water, attach to gun and spray the whole lot into the sink, if it is lime scale that should shift it without damaging the needle:hug:
