Help, nail tips breaking!

I need help ! My nails keep breaking at the tips the whole tips break off ! It doesn't happen all the time but I've had a few clients tell me they have ... I will upload pictures of the original nails. My client hasn't sent me the pictures of the broken ones yet but she said they are 4 broken tips.

It won't let me upload photos ! It says file too large

Make the pictures smaller an upload but in the meantime 'tips snapping off' usually means you are not creating a correct stress apex. Its either not big enough or in the wrong place.
