Help, nails advice

Nail files to thin and acrylic gel put on top and now they hurt so bad wondering if I should remove the gel and if so how do I go about it ?

Did you do your nails yourself . No such thing as acrylic gel . Its either or . However there is a new polygel product out . Need more info on who did your nails , when were they done and exactly what product do they have on them as that will determine how to remove and what you should do
