Business has been really slow during this pandemic.
I am looking for advice on how to get clients to book or to get more feet through the door.
what has your salon done and has it worked?

we offer lash extensions, brow lamination, all waxing and facials.

Advertise on every social media platform possible. If you haven't already spend a bit of time developing your social media pages to create more information re impact when clients look at them.
Post plenty of photos of your work, people like to see before and afters.
Ask existing clients to leave reviews.

I'd suggest you spend time working on your Instagram profile and creating a community there. It's a great platform for salon owners as we have so much great content to post about. Regular posting (say 2-3 times per week) plus stories is a great start. Post on the same days each week and at the same times on those days. You can also use the same content over on Facebook so you capture the attention of those people too. Instagram is definitely the new shop front to your salon and it's where clients and potential clients are congregating. Happy to give you some tips and pointers.
