if fificharli has any time could you give me some advise please or any one

The most important thing i can say is to get proffesional advice!! Do not just accept the price that someone is selling for, see a solicitor and ask them to provide some sort of documentation as to how they have arrived at that price.
You do have to take into account fixtures and fittings if your buying an existing salon, and also any stock, but remember by the time you get the fixtures and fittings they will all be 2nd hand.
Also clients - when buying a business like a salon the main thing you are buying is the 'goodwill' ie the trading name and any existing clients.
You will also need to check out how busy the salon is, is there potential to gain loads of clients, if your have your own clients will it be to far for them to travel to see you?

If you are buying an existing salon then you will also need to concider things like rent/insurance the lease etc........

Before you buy i would say definitely see a solictor that specialises in buying and selling property and get them to check out every little detail !

Good luck!! :)
