HELP!! New salon... No Stylist!!

We are 3 weeks away from opening our new hair and beauty salon and still have no stylist on board! have interviewed 1 of 4 applicants (3 didnt bother to show up for interview after it was all arranged with no excuse)

We are really getting worried now... any advise? where is the best place to advertise for stylists??

there is a recruitment section here so try that, jobcentre ? loca paper? in the window of your premises? facebook? twitter?
