Help please...Acrylics cracking

hi everyone. im new to slon geek. im hoping you all can help me.
i use NSI acrylic system. And recently i have had a couple of nails falling off and nails crscking straight across the middle.

Some clients say that they where being harsh on there nails and it was theyre fault. But one client is convinced that they hadnt done anything to harm the nail. And she had one that cracked 2days after i applied them.

Ihave never had this before and i always prep carefully.

Any suggestiobs.
Also do you recommend any better product? xx

Suggestiobs are that your appex is in the wrong place or a bit too thin. Has this problem just started, NSI a good product so I wouldn't think this is the problem. Are you using tips or sculpting x

You need to build a 'backbone' of strength down the centre of the nail enhancement always.

Having said this, nails don't break without pressure (pretty extreme pressure in fact) and I think the 2nd client that said the usual "I didn't do anything" type comment was just unaware of what she DID do or trying to get a free one out of you (which is quite a common affair). Maybe suggest she wear her nails a little shorter if she is going to catch them. Nails don't break on their own.
