HELP PLEASE - need answers about esthetix electrolysis machine

we have this machine at work, and as the last therapist decided to leave, its now down to me to do the electrolysis treatments, but i have a problem.
the machine at work is an esthetix machine, and quite honest i dont know much about them, all i know is its a diathermy only machine. i was used to using a blend machine.................could anyone with any knowledge about this machine please pm me. im at my wits end, and i have a big problem with a client and need answers FAST

I would be very careful if you are not sure what you are doing as I'm sure you know you can very easily cause a burn or a scar.:hug:

I so agree with you here, I had a blend electrolysis machine and a new employee did not mention that she did not know how to use it just carried on regardless it was only by paying for private consultation with dermatologist, loads of free facial treatments, skin care products and a whole load of grovelling that I avoided a lawsuit. So please ask your manager to go through the the treatment procedure with you and be 100% sure before you touch a client.
