1) Staff training is important to ensure that everybody is knowledgeable and able to advice clients on their questions.What other benefit does this have to clients,employees and salon?

I don't want to seem like a meanie, and sorry if it comes across that way. Truly not my intention.

But how does it help you if we 'give' you the answer? Is it not found in your workbooks/theory notes?

It's one thing to troubleshoot etc. Quite another to do your homework for you.
