Help re: soak off Illusion gel

Hi Geeks,
Anyone had any trouble with NSI illusion soak off gel?Having problems with soaking them off!-can u believe it?! feels really tight/pinching....any advice would be gr8,

I actually had the same problems. I contacted NSI about it and they were great.
