Help .. the wording on my laptop keeps going big, then small

my laptop is not even a month old, but last cpl days the writing on the screen appears to be going really small - can hardly read it, plus the salon geek page is small also just in the middle of the screen
then another time the writing will go really big - so cant read the whole page.
dont think its a virus and havent changed the settings, does anyone know what it could be and how i can rectify the situation - its driving me nuts!

Is it doing it on the internet? or every screen?

Mine does this, I can't quite work out how to do it on purpose, but it happens when you use the touchpad in a certain way......Anyway to get it back to normal......if you if you look up to the RH corner of the screen there is a picture of a page, click on this....then on the drop down menu click "zoom" then "normal"

seems to have done the trick, although still not sure why wording keeps changing in size all by itself :evil:

mine does this when i accidently push the keypad (or my little chap does) and Ctrl & + or - does the trick
