I'm soooo confused into which training I should take.
I'm looking to become a nail Technician (mobile) and have been recommended to start a course with 'the beauty Academy' international on a two day nail tech course. This covers manicure/pedicure and uv nails.
Should I do this course? can I possibly learn enough in just two days??? I don't want to make the mistake of choosing the wrong course.
I am in a hurry and have children so it is not possible for me to study a full time college long course right now.
Any help and advice would be wonderful.
Thanks.x.

Two days training covering 3 things will just confuse the hell out of you,
you need to do a foundation course to cover all the basics,
give sweet squared a call (CND) on 0845 210 6060 and ask for their training brochure,
they have trainers down your way so you wouldn't have to travel too far hth

Training shouldnt be how quickly you can get it completed. It should be what you will learn on the course, H & S, Coshh, placement, contra actions and indications etc what is involved and how much practice you have to tweek your new found skills. Unfortunately many do not realise just how much is involved with being a nail technician. You want to finish your course knowing you have learnt a great deal and not feel 'lost' at the end of it. Part time college courses are available also in some areas, and 30 - 34 weeks can go pretty quickly:)
Good luck
