Hi i am new to this. Hope someone can help? i have just applied to do a course at capital doing cuccio acrylic foundation. After looking around on the net i hae noticed a few bad comments on doing a course at capital but think this course is new. If anyone has done it or has any info that could help. Please do.Thanks :)

I am a qualified Beauty Therapist with my own (small) salon. As I am always receiving enquiries for Acrylics and have to direct my own clients/potential clients to the competition I have decided to attend this course to see if nail enhancements are for me!!
I realise that its only a 3 day foundation course but I decided to attend to see if it something I feel I would be interested in training further in. Although I enjoy manicures I'm not sure if I'm artistic enough for enhancements - the course is very reasonably priced and I am looking forward to attending in April.
In fact I have even purchased both 'Nail Class' and 'The Complete Nail Technician' books and have read them both!!! and I am getting really excited about the prospect of learning a new skill - I may even prove to be good at it!!
IMO I feel it best to have an open mind about these short courses - I'll wait and see how it goes. I have several 'guinea pigs' lined up as I know that its practise, practise, practise...........
