Helpppp , i have a client who has vertigo really bad which means she can’t go forward or backwards to have her hair washed, so sits bolt upright, I have been using lots of towels and and a face shield ( adults ) but need a new one and cant seem to find any adults ones , has anybody else the same problem , I’m not sure if the children’s ones fit adults, many thanks x

Is it just a regular wash? One of my very limited mobility clients wasn't well enough to move from her recliner chair one day so I used a shampoo cap. Super easy - it's like a shower cap you put on, massage well and then remove = squeaky clean hair. Though I'd definitely recommend using leave in conditioner afterward so it doesn't feel dry. No towels required! I think you can get the caps from chemists or mobility shops.

Good idea , but it’s every Two weeks x
