Help with CND lamp before I go mad, please

I've just invested in a new cnd uv lamp. After watching fingernail fixers vid on how to open it I've finally got the lid off! I've successfully got the blue protective layer off the base and lid but the trouble is there's still some stuck to the sides! I've tried my nail and tweezers with no luck anyone got any ideas before I drive myself mad? It's like it's glued on lol Tia x

Ye I know how to take the lid off etc I need to know how to get the remaining blue layer off thanks

I had trouble with the same bit and scratched it with my nail until it lifted enough to grab it with tweezers - therefore not following the advice of 'dont use your nails as tools..'
