Help with gel nails!

I am just learning gel nails (no acrylic what so ever)
And I am having severe problems with lifting, breakage, etc.
I am following all the steps and the nails look Great
When I am done but they sometimes don't even last a full
Day without lifting or breakage. I am getting so frustrated but
I am new and practice makes perfect .
Please help

Perfect practice, makes prefect yes, there is no point in practicing bad habits.

What training have you had or having?
At what level are you up to in your training?
What brand of product do you use?
Following who's steps?
