HELP with roller wax

I am in need of some help, i have the clean and easy wax heater and i haven't had any problems - till now.

I need to refill my small cartridges with more wax and i wanted to refill it will cream wax which i prefer, however as i tried to fill the little cartridge up, the wax was going everywhere and the little hole was just getting clogged up with the wax.

So now i'm not sure if it is possible even though i'm sure someone told me you could.

Can it be done?

So any suggestions would be great as i have got clients tommorrrow who need their eyebrows doing.

Can't you just pop to Sally and get some replacement cartridges to see you through tomorrow?

You need to make sure the wax is heated up enough in the microwave and then pour slowly,if its not heated up enough before trying to refill the cartridges it will be too thick thus making it really hard to pour,you need to pour some of the wax into the cartridges then I usually heat again in microwave as it cools quite quickly making it a mission to fill the cartridge without getting it everywhere.HHTH
