Hi everyone

I have a pop up tanning tent and I am managing to put it up and down okay but the metal frames at the front on one side are bent round.

Can anyone advice of a way that I can put them back in to the right shape?

Has anyone else had this problem with theirs?

I had this problem and went to a clients house and couldnt put the dam thing down again. I couldn't for the life on me untwist it but it eventually did it by itself

I know, it is really annoying. I can get it down but with a bit more of a struggle than normal. I will have a go to see if I can sort it but hopefully it might sort itself out like you say.

If there is a time where you cant get it down because of the twists then...
Lay it flat, with the top of the tent at the bottom of a wall. Fold the bottom of the tent inwards. It's the only way that worked for a while.
I was so embarrassed when i had to take the bloody thing out of my clients house to stuff it some how into my car ha ha. Oh the fun we have! x

OMG, hope it doesn't come to that! Funny though!

I will keep a note of that though in case of an emergency.....

Someone should do a full day accredited course on how to fold these dam things down..there a nightmare and seem to have a mind of their own "ok today I will fold like a good tent....and tomorrow I wont" kind of thing :lol:

You can get this if your metal struts are bending in slightly and when you fold it down they buckle in. I bounce mine on the floor when its folded back, before folding it into a circle. It helps the struts almost rebound back into shape. When you fold it make sure when you fold it in half its like a giant wave and taught, any buckling and re bounce it.

If you force them sometimes into the shape you want, which can be the case with new tan techs they bend and you have to bend them back into shape.

Add tan tents into youtube and theres plenty of tutorial vids on their which help when the tents having a bad tent day.

Sod the 'bad hair day' It's 'bad tent day' HA HA this cracked me up
Sometimes I could gladly throw it out the window. I bet it has a bad day tomorrow now I have said that  xxx

Thanks Ladies

Yes, that is exactly what has happened the struts at the front have bent inwards and it buckles sometimes when trying to fold it in half!

Thanks for the suggestions, I will be giving them a go tonight!
