Help with what to charge customer

I have a lady coming to me that only has one hand she is due for a rebalance, what do you suggest I charge her do you think half of what my usual rebalance price would be (£20) or a little more/less?

I would charge for the time it takes you. Certainly not less than half and probably a bit more.

Thanks Geeg that's what I was thinking but didnt want to over/undercharge her, thinking about £12 ish xxxx
