I've been doing nails a long time. I have 1 client who used to go to a nss and get her nails done. Lately she's been coming to me. Problem, her job is handling frozen foods and she will snap a nail off. But when going to nss they wouldn't break. How do I deal with this? If you know what I mean.

Guessing this is extensions... so I would say make sure they are at a active length ie quite short, and make sure there's a proper apex so the nail is balanced properly so it can withstand pressure.

Thank you for your reply. She hasn't come back. We have a new nss open up about 1 munute away, and I saw one of my regulars in there who's been coming to me for about 3 years.

Just keep doing what you're doing as you are most likely using safer products and safer practices and people will appreciate you for that.
