Ok so here's a question on a client of mine. She has balayage and I touch up her roots with 6/71 and a tad of 5/0... she's getting greyer in the front and I can see for myself that the colour is translucent... she doesn't get her colour done very often and don't really know if I should move her to permanent... I've explained that it will be more regular visits... but what could I colour match in koleston to get the same colour... she's a natural base 5 and don't want a warm colour through the root...
I've tried leaving colour on slightly longer and used 4% too....
should I maybe just use a little more 5/0 in the mixture and see before I move her to permanent.?
