High lift blonds and grey

i have a lady that comes to me and she has quite a dark root, but the whole front area is grey, her hair is a white blonde because previous to coming to me she was using ice cream bleach & 6% all over and then cool blond purple shampoo, she wants to keep this tone, but i just dont no whats best to use, i dont want her to go blue on the grey area and i dont want her to be yellow on the dark area :irked: i use alphaparf 11.21 on my own hair and she loves the tone of that but i am very uncertain about what to do,

I'm not familiar with your range of colour however as you only need to deposit on the grey areas couldn't you use a 10 line , and highlift on the areas that need lift ?

Yep use a natural 10 level maybe a DROP of ash but I would start with a natural and if it goes yellow next time ad a drop of say 10.2(violet)
