Hive heater and wax help!

Hi, I’ve bought a hive heater and have bought the hive pallets. I don’t know If I’m doing anything wrong but the wax is turning to water and not getting the consistency of what wax should be like. Can anyone help me please ??!!

It sounds like your heater is turned up far too high. If not return as the thermostat is faulty.

What is the temperature of your heater. What type of wax is it, hot wax? Strip wax? Or paraffin wax?
