Hiya, someone pleeeeeeassseee help me! It looks as though my skin is super sensitive. Whenever I have a spot appear it always stays for ages and as soon as it goes it leaves a crater in my face and it looks disgusting! I seem to have problem areas too (my cheeks). I think my skin is very dry. I've started washing my face more often and still no improvement in pores or spots. Please help with products I should be using and how often and what make up is best (I don't wear it daily). Also are there any products out there to get these monstrous craters out my face?!?! Thanks!!! Pictures attached X

I definitely would say stop washing your face more than twice a day, dependant on which cleanser/facial wash you're using this will probably be stripping the natural oils from your skin which is needed as it creates a protective barrier to prevent infection etc from entering the skin. Also your skin will produce more oil than it needs to replace what has been taken away. One thing I would also advise is to find a local salon that specialise in skincare (try and find an Environ Stockist, their products are amazing) and have a face to face consultation so the therapist is able to see your skin and advise which products are best.
It is stressful isn't it, breakouts are nasty when they scar but this can be reduced through correct skincare and treatments to stimulate collagen production such as skin needling (Environ offer this also but have to be using the homecare to go onto this treatment)
Good luck x
