Hi,

Im a newbie to this site and hoping one of you will be able to help me out?

I have an extremely heavy workload but desperately want to do a nail course.

Many people have done this from home, can anyone recommend any good courses or programmes as I dont really know where to start.

I live in the Merseyside area so information on short course, evening or weekend courses would also be appreciated.

Welcome to the nail geek .. if you use the search facility here on the site and put in ´home learn' or 'essential nails' you will find a tonne of information on courses of the kind you seek. Just be warned, that courses such as this are only a start and will not prepare you to be a working nail technician in a short time.

hi there im new also, i have just completed the gel system course from home from essential nails they say it takes about 12 weeks but i did it in about 1 week with excellent results, they are expensive but its great to just sit down with the nail trainer and practice, there are other companies out there that do day courses but i found with my hectic life and 2 young kids it was easier for me to do a couple of hours a night. i hope this helps

1 week thats just not realistic at all how did you learn all you need to know in a week

As geeg has said do a search on here and you will have plenty of readind good and bad and hopefully will help you make up your mind on what is right for you good luck.
