My hairdresser gave me hot roots....

I said wasn't happy but she doesn't want to bleach because i am pregnant

Do you think I could even this out with a red (Majirel 6.66 at 20 vol) on the ends up to where the hot roots start and chuck it on the roots area for the last ten mins or so?

The ends are darker than a 6. So the best way to even this out would be to deepen the roots down to match the rest. I would be looking at a level 5 mahogany/ or red violet.
Maybe Majirel 5.5 but I wouldn't use 20vol either. As you only need to deposit not lift.
Because the ends are darker the only way to tackle that now would be a highlift red or bleach and re colour but I wouldn't recommend tackling that yourself. It could end up a disaster 😂🙈
