Hey guys , I need ur help . I’ve started hot waxing again but am having a problem with my wax pot . It’s either to hot or to hard to be able to use . I’m
Using Ellison’s hot wax pellets in a 5000 Aphrodite . I’m
Just not getting the rite Consistency . Has anyone got any advice ? 😊

My opinion is that it will be the wax heater problem. Did you buy it from a beauty wholesaler?

Buy from a reputable source that specialises in our industry and you won't get stung again. Plus you will have some chance of returning the item if it's proved to be faulty.
Hive are one of the best. Totally safe and well built. Good sturdy construction.
I have bought lesser qualities in the past but never from another internet source . Buy rubbish as I did once, buy twice.

Well worth the upgrade.

Thankyou , I thought that was most probably it . Xxxx

Weirdly i've had 3 wax pots go faulty on me in 1 year!! One was Hive, Sienna X and another I had a while, dont know whats going on haha
But like menioned above if you buy from a wholesaler like Ellisons or Salon Direct etc, you can get a replacement. But it does seem like a wax pot issue youre having as well

Personally I've got the hive digital and the perron rigot heaters no problems with either of them. Hths xoxo
