Hourly Rates for Nail Technicians

Could anyone let me know the average hourly rate for nail technicians in the East Yorkshire area working for a Nail Salon and do you get any sort of commission. Also I would like to know what rate Salons charge for renting a space and what agreements are used. I have just come back into this industry after a 10 year break and have done my 4 day foundation course with Creative of course to learn all the new updated systems and techniques. :?:

Well I'm from West Yorkshire but I give the Tanning Salon 30% of what I earn. Bearing in mind I am still building up my clientele. I buy all my own products, and they take the 30% weekly from anything I make including retail purchases. If I am having a bad week then they might only get £15. They don't ask for the 30% if I haven't had any customers.
