I have been using Calgel for years and love it, however we are definitely losing some business from clients who are only aware of shellac as it is so "big" at the moment and when we say we dont do it they go somewhere else.

I have pretty much decided to train the salon in Shellac too but don't know how I can sell both systems side by side if a client asks which they should go for? Perhaps this will be more apparent once I have done the training but don't want to spend the money on the training to find that they can't work together in the salon! Any advice welcome!! Thanks xx

Well shellac isn't for extensions. I have been thinking of doing calgel training most my business is shellac. Shellac is classed as a power polish. I think calgel is similar to gelish and a lot of techs do both of those x

You could of course apply shellac on top of an extension x
