I was thinking 7/81, what do you think? She is happy with level but want it to be ash/cool.
Or would you choose another shade?
I've clients approval to post the photo she sent me.

7/81 illumina might just cut it.
But if she didn't mind going a touch darker I'd be more inclined to mix 6/16 +7/81.
Other option is 6/1 colour touch with 7/89 and add 0/86.
Or you could go with kp innosence 6/17+7/18

Or maybe even kp 6/1 + 0/28 mix tone - should be very cool. If you used 7/1 instead may be more neutral.
