I think im having a blonde moment
I have a girl who has approched me and has this deal with her current employer
She is on a development wage of £4.83ph and works 40hrs a week. In her current job she either gets £193.20 a week or 15% of her takings, which ever is the greater.
On 15% how would i work out how much she needs to earn exactley to start earning more on commision than on her basic wage?
