At the moment I am full of a cold and when I am like this my skin care routine takes a back seat and I know it shouldn't but I sometimes feel I cant be bothered and then I feel worse cos I haven't done it. So my question is how do you look after your skin when full of a cold?

To be honest if I am feeling unwell, and we all know that whilst a cold won't kill us it can make us feel like we're dying! I concentrate on getting better and thats it. A lovely hot bath helps I find when I'm bunged up and you can also do a quick cleanse whilst soaking in bubbles. But to be honest if you don't really feel like it then 2 or 3 days won't hurt.

If you find the sides of your nose getting sore slather on either Vaseline or a lipsalve. It doesn't look glamorous but then neither does a red nose.

Hope you feel better soon.

I have done the Vaseline thing and its so sore, and red lol here's to a quick recovery.

A shot of Brandy before bed can help!!:green:

To knock me out? lol I need it

I always do my skin care routine no matter what, I have to, as my skin is very dry, but I always feel better afterwards, and especially when you wash your hair x

letting it slide for a couple days isn't going to hurt.....but what I do sometimes is, take a couple of hot washcloths, my cleanser, and moisturizer to the couch. While sitting there all curled up I'm more apt to do the routine if I'm not feeling well, rather that have to stand up at the sink.

Hope you feel better soon!
