hi ,
i just found this picture. They probably are acrylics, i can recognize the 3d designs, some glitter, but i cannot understand how the technician achived this transparent blue ? can anyone help me?

Crystal nails or young nails (maybe even both) do a liquid colour to add to monomer that I think might give this effect?!

Our teacher showed us that adding pure pigment to the monomer can also give a transparent colour but I'll be honest, I can't get it to work consistently :)

It is L&P. They are using the color drops from Organics/Young Nails in their monomer. You can also add some water color or very watered down acrylic paint (like the one from Golden) to your Monomer.
