How long between appointments

My acrylics are due for a new set next weekend but I’m away so debating getting them done this weekend?Otherwise I’ll have to go 3.5 weeks.
They don’t look like they need doing at mo but by next weekend they prob will!
Suggestions please?

Sooner rather than later

Structure of nail is build specially for how Nail is when it is new. if you give too long time to grow out structure balance change and you risk breaking off nail and damaging your natural nail under extension. Is always good to do sooner and not try to leave as long as possible because you want to keep the balance of structure.
