Have you tried calling them to see what the progress is. They are the only ones who can help you to answer this.

Same with me, I emailed over on saturday and rang today and was asked to email again to a person's email address. I'm with you, being impatient, I can't wait to order from them.

Mine was the same day, I rang them to say I had just sent them and the lady on phone did it there and then

Me too, i e-mailed mine on monday and have had no response yet. They are obviously very busy i am sure we will all hear something as soon as they process them.

I can't wait though, i am dying to try shellac!!

Give them a call.

I know they were very busy and emailed requests were taking a little while to process a few weeks back when I got my account. Was just about to call them on the day my catalogue came through the door.

This might still be the same with all the deliveries they are arranging and Shellac requests. Believe me it's worth the wait, just made my first order! (No Shellac though)
