Same with me, I emailed over on saturday and rang today and was asked to email again to a person's email address. I'm with you, being impatient, I can't wait to order from them.
Me too, i e-mailed mine on monday and have had no response yet. They are obviously very busy i am sure we will all hear something as soon as they process them.
I know they were very busy and emailed requests were taking a little while to process a few weeks back when I got my account. Was just about to call them on the day my catalogue came through the door.
This might still be the same with all the deliveries they are arranging and Shellac requests. Believe me it's worth the wait, just made my first order! (No Shellac though)
