If there were level 11n and level 9cg foils do you tone a 9aa to tone the copper? But wouldnt the 11n foils go grey?

I woukdbt have a 9cg to deal with I would have used a colour to not have that happen in the 1st place

That what it lightened to and that doesnt help that was just snarky. Why even say that if your not going to be helpful

Hi there, I think it really depends on what colourhouse you're using and what your desired result is to be. Redken shades EQ in the 9 range can be as quick as 4 minutes but as long as 25min. Wella colourtouch - I seem to remember you saying you used these to tone previously, would be up to 15 minutes, Illumina again up to 15 but I very RARELY ever leave them that long. It's totally depending on your result and also it's visual. My toning is KP, Illumina, and Redken... I don't really use colourtouch for toning

I wasn't being snarkey, if I was needing a level 9 end result I'd have used a counteracting colour to eliminate as much of the underlying tone as possible so as not to have to tone it afterwards

It was pl i used but she had red in her hair

No such depth.

What it matches the swatches perfectly? The top is 11n and the sides are a 9 but there are fine weaves of 11n on the side

I love hearing you opinion! Why do you not use color touch for toning? Read that with an inquisitive tone, not an accusing or bullying tone

There is no level 11 or 12 for that matter. If you actually read the product literature, most color houses state that clearly, the 11 and 12's are used to denote the additional lifting power added to these shades.
