Hi I am opening a medispa and want to rent a couple of chairs to hair dressers but I am not sure what to charge...is £50 per day too much ? I will provide all towels etc reception and advertising? I would prefer a rate rather than a a percentage so I know where I stand for the first year to help with rent...any advice welcomed.

I think ou have more chance at £40 a day, it's very hard to get self employed hairdressers, it's took me years.I prefer percentage though as it's less daunting for them if there not busy, and it's good for me when they get busy.:green:

Thank you for that. What would be a reasonable percentage to charge?

I pay £20 to rent a chair for nails & I know that downstairs one of the hairdressers rents at £40 & the other gives 25% x

My brother has a salon in London he does 50 / 50 split supplying products he makes quite a bit of money of them. If he has a new one come on without their own clientele he does a group on to keep them busy. He pays for all advertising as well x

Thanks everyone for the advice x
