How often do you post on Facebook?

Just wondering how often people post on FB and what you post about?!! Thanks

I post pretty much every day or every second day, mostly pictures of nails or new and exciting things such as new colours ect and appointments, if I have had a cancellation or have limited availability left.

Same as xxx always post photos of nails that I have done though! And special offers, appointments available and if I'm fully booked X

I've started leaving the camera beside my nail desk so I remember to take more pictures, its nice having something new to upload and attracts interest although I've only had one or two new bookings thru facebook, w o m referrals are more usual but i still think its good to get your name out there

oh i have done some new year offers for january as well
