It says it all in the title but i guess its the million $ question. Where would be the best place to advertise? In beauty a trade test is normal is this the same for hairdressers also? x

the short and sweet answer is yes! it is normal to do a trade test. u need to see what their skills a like, be it cutting on a block or a model or blowdrying ur own hair.
im taking it u want to employ a stylist, not find one for urself to use?
hairdressers journal is the obvious trade mag, along with the job section of ur local paper
its up to u what u include on your interview, u obviously want to see their cv and do a trade test as standard
