How to get a lighter colour

My client is a base 5 and we have done 55/65 all over and she now wants 7/7....it has faded abit. Shall I put the colour straight on or do I have to do a bleach bath first?

If it’s faded then I presume you have some natural root re-growth? If you apply one colour into two different bases, you’re going to get a two-tone effect.

What's underneath the 55/65?
Maybe a colour remover would be more appropriate.
