i have very long hair a bit past my waist how do i get volume because its flat on top. i dont have any layers its just all length

mine was like that until i was 30. i used to use moose and scrunch dry it upside down.
that was 15 yrs ago though so theres probably better products available today.

get layers put in.
and use the velcro curlers on the top few layers roll the hair up in the roller to your parting it will look a bit squew wiff when u take em out but give it 5 or 10min should be fine n bit fuller.

The weight of your hair is probably making your hair flat on top as its very long, as someone suggested try having some layers put through this will take some on the weight out of your hair without losing to much length.

velcro rollers are really good for adding volume , you could try a volumising spray if you havent already .

best thing i have used recently is by Clynol and its called Look at me naughty volume liquid. Its in a pink bottle from sallys....and you spray onto the roots of towel dried hair...then dry your hair with your head upside down and it really lifts those roots....it almost gives the effect of back combing. I love it
