hey,

I use l&p, i was going to do my full nail in black, however i want a matt effect, agter i put my glaze n go (uv gel top coat) over it it will make it look shiney,
ant tips to dull it down

xx

If you are using a black powder then simply smooth & shape the nail down to a 1200 grit finish and dont apply top coat...

This will give a good matt finish

ieah its black powder, was going to put nail art on top then seal with top coat, but looks like i wont be able to do this

A light buff with a white block will create the matt look your after.

You may want to do 2 layers of top coat to protect the colour/art and ensure you are not removing too much top coat when buffing.

I would finish the nail in the normal way to help make the L&P less pourus and then i would add a layer of CND super matte .

thanks so much xx
