How to prep metallic gold tips??

Have seen some lovely gold tips, but have no idea how to prep them! Think If I tried to remove shine it would ruin them but If I don't will the product just lift?

Can't tell till you try it. I've got red metallically ones on right now, from way before Christmas. I've rebalanced of course! I use l+p for coloured tips. I'd be wary of gel curing properly and you might get lift with gel as the surface is smooth.

Was going to use my L & P for it, but thought it would lift? have your metallics not lifted? xx

Hi Sarah, I use nail artb tips and use ezflow l & p without buffing, and this lasts very well, I also think you should give it a try on your own nails first.By the way these sound gorgeous!!where do you buy them? thanks

You dont remove the shine on them or they will go black/white, just make sure you prep the natural nail well dont file the tips or anything until you have put your product on top. Once product is on then continue as normal x
